K\u00ebto ide kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb orientuara n\u00eb \u201cRritjen e pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb grave n\u00eb proceset vendimmarr\u00ebse\u201d, duke e par\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb si mekaniz\u00ebm p\u00ebr fuqizimin e pozit\u00ebs s\u00eb gruas n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtyre iniciativave ishte informimi, vet\u00ebdijesimi dhe sensibilizimi i grupeve t\u00eb grave, burrave dhe t\u00eb rinjve n\u00ebzonat rurale e urbane p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjen e grave n\u00eb proceset vendimmarr\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb informuar grupin e sh\u00ebnjestruar, jan\u00eb mbajtur takime dhe fushata t\u00eb cilat promovojn\u00eb vlera t\u00eb barazis\u00eb gjinore n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, mekanizmat ligjor ekzistues si dhe jan\u00eb diskutuar procedurat e p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb grave n\u00eb proceset vendimmarr\u00ebse, si\u00e7 mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb takimet publike, k\u00ebshillat lokal\u00eb, sportelet ndihm\u00ebse p\u00ebr qytetar\u00eb, grupet e grave asambleiste, etj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, jan\u00eb mbajtur takime edhe me institucionet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj fushe p\u00ebr t\u00eb adresuar shqet\u00ebsimet e dala nga takimet n\u00eb grupe dhe diskutimet p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirjen e gruas n\u00eb procese vendimmarr\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur q\u00ebllimin e fushat\u00ebs p\u00ebr promovimin dhe sensibilizimin mbi barazin\u00eb gjinore n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri dhe rritjen enumrit t\u00eb grave n\u00eb proceset vendimmarr\u00ebse, jan\u00eb mbajtur radio emisione p\u00ebr t\u00ebinformuar sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb opinionin e gjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Projekti \u201cQytetaria Aktive\u201d ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim aktivizimin e qytetar\u00ebve.
