European Kosovo discussed with children from Gurrakoc and Serbobran

Istog, February 16 - The non-governmental organization Syri i Vizionit from Peja in the framework of intercultural activities on the occasion of Kosovo’s Independence Day organized a visit to the Museum of the City of Istog and to the Lapidary of Martyrs with beneficiaries within the SIMRAES II project. Aim of the visit was that these children from both the learning centres to get acquainted with the important values of the country they live in.Pupils of Serbobran and Gurrakoc learning centres, who are part of the homework program, took part in this visit. In addition to visiting the Museum of the City and the Lapidary of Martyrs, they also worked with centres and discussed about Kosovo, its progress and the European future.
The “EU Support for the Implementation of the RAE Strategy 2- Education for Integration" project (called EU SIMRAES 2) is a three year project implemented by Syri i Vizionit in partnership with KEC, in the Municipality of Istog and it is financially supported by the European Union and KFOS.
