        "rendered": "<p>Pej\u00eb, October 23 &#8211; During the months of September and October in Pej\u00eb, the Eye of Vision is implementing the project &#8220;Support to education in Pej\u00eb Region&#8221;. Financially supported by the Austrian ADA, the project aims to help the teachers and students of the &#8220;Ali Hadri&#8221; Economic High School in improving teaching in this institution. They have constantly had a lack of textbooks for teaching hotel and tourism subjects. The project supports the teachers of this school in the design of the books-manuals necessary in the teaching process in this school, which will be available to students in the first half of this school year.<\/p>\n<p>In cooperation with the Municipal Directorate of Education in Pej\u00eb, a team of external experts has engaged together with the professors in the drafting of the texts. During the month of November, three texts will be completed: &#8220;Organization of work in the hotel industry&#8221; under the responsibility of MSc. Teuta Kryeziu, &#8220;Hotel service&#8221; by Mustafa Camaj and &#8220;Hotel company organization&#8221; by Agon Hoxhaj.<\/p>",
