        "rendered": "<p>March 4, 2011, the civil society of Kosovo has accepted with pain and indignation the news that a citizen from Kosovo is behind the attack against American soldiers in Frankfurt, Germany, and condemns this act in the most serious way.<br \/>\n&#8220;We express our deepest condolences to the families of the victims and express our sincere regret for this tragedy.&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;Kosovo society has suffered from terror itself and does not wish such suffering on anyone.
