        "rendered": "<p>09.11.2022<br \/>\nMarigona Syka represents a young woman who overcame all barriers and despite being qualified with MA degree she couldn\u2019t find a job, but she never gave up and with project\u2019s support she managed to establish and open her own Start-up \u201cFame Decor\u201d which operates successfully.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c87,5% of sub-grantees for start-ups are women, and 50% are young people who directly benefited from start-up grants from the project \u201cEquipping, Empowering, and Employing Youth, Women and other Disadvantaged groups in five municipalities of Kosovo.
