Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij bashk\u00ebpunimi \u00ebsht\u00eb krijimi i mekanizmavemiqesor\u00eb dhe profesional n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb n\u00eb identifikimin dhe trajtimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebveme sjellje asociale\/ t\u00eb dhunshme n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Objektiva<\/p>\n<p>Syri i Vizionit k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb angazhoj\u00eb nj\u00eb profesionist(ekspert n\u00eb fush\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse) n\u00eb organizimin\/mbajtjen e pes\u00eb pun\u00ebtorive p\u00ebrinicimin e dialogut social, dhe hartimin e nj\u00eb plani t\u00eb pun\u00ebs lidhur me pun\u00ebndhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb ka QPS-ja n\u00eb pun\u00ebn me f\u00ebmij\u00eb me sjellje t\u00eb dhunshme\/asociale.P\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar nj\u00eb plan pune (plamn t\u00eb veprimit) konkret midis shkollave dheQPS-ve, i cili do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb shkollat \u00e2\u20ac\u2039\u00e2\u20ac\u2039p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar me f\u00ebmij\u00eb me sjellje t\u00ebdhunshme\/asociale duke leht\u00ebsuar pun\u00ebn e shkollave q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb psikolog, se siduhet punuar m\u00eb k\u00ebta f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe kur duhen referuar p\u00ebr marrjen e sherbimeveprofesionale dhe t\u00eb nevojshme nga QPS-ja .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Angazhimi i Ekspertit\/es<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij angazhimi \u00ebsht\u00eb organizimi i pes\u00eb pun\u00ebtorive dy- ditore, midisshkollave dhe QPS-ve, n\u00eb pes\u00eb komuna: Pej\u00eb, Gjakov\u00eb, Prizren, Klin\u00eb dhe Gjilan. P\u00ebrt\u00eb zhvilluar nga nj\u00eb plan pune p\u00ebr secil\u00eb komun\u00eb (pes\u00eb plane) midis shkollavedhe QPS-ve t\u00eb komunave p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, lidhur me pun\u00ebn  me f\u00ebmij\u00eb me sjellje t\u00eb dhunshme\/ asociale. Poashtu, eksperti do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb shkollat \u00e2\u20ac\u2039\u00e2\u20ac\u2039n\u00eb zhvillimin e nj\u00eb baze t\u00eb dh\u00ebnasht\u00eb brendshme me rastet e identifikuara, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb dokumentimit t\u00eb numrit t\u00ebrasteve t\u00eb raportuara, institucioneve ku jan\u00eb raportuar, llojit t\u00eb trajtimitapo sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb ofruar si dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar rasti. Kjo do t\u00ebndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb monitorimin e pun\u00ebs dhe angazhimit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs dhe institucionevep\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrpos shkollave dhe QPS-ve, n\u00eb pun\u00ebtori do jet\u00eb edhe Drejtria Komunale eArsimit; e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Mir\u00ebqenies Sociale t\u00eb komunave p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs dhe Policia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dalat nga pun\u00ebtorit\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>Hartimi i planeve t\u00eb veprimit p\u00ebr shkollat n\u00ebkomunen e Pej\u00ebs, Gjakov\u00ebs, Prizrenit, Klin\u00ebs dhe Gjilanit, lidhur me pun\u00ebn me f\u00ebmij\u00eb me sjellje t\u00ebdhunshme\/ asociale dhe zhvillimin e nj\u00eb databaze t\u00eb dh\u00ebnash t\u00eb brendshme p\u00ebrshkolla me raste t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve me sjellje t\u00eb dhunshme\/asociale.<\/p>\n<p>Kualifikimi dhe Kontraktimi i Ekspertit\/\u00ebs<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Kualifikim akademik t\u00eb nivelit Master n\u00eb fushat e shkencave sociale (pun\u00eb sociale, psikologji, sociologji, politika publike, qeverisje lokale\/qendrore, t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb njeriut, etj.).
