Me rastin e hyrjes n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e F\u00ebmij\u00ebs, zyra e Save the Children n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe OJQ \u201cSyri i Vizionit\u201d b\u00ebjn\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb harmonizim dhe bashk\u00ebpunim nd\u00ebr-sektorial n\u00eb mes t\u00eb gjith\u00eb akter\u00ebve relevant me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb zbatimit n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi t\u00eb obligimeve q\u00eb rrjedhin nga ky Ligj.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb koha e duhur q\u00eb Ligji p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e F\u00ebmij\u00ebs t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohet si mjet i cili ndihmon t\u00eb gjith\u00eb djemt\u00eb dhe vajzat n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm dhe pa dhun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Save the Children n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me partnerin ton\u00eb, OJQ \u2018Syri i Vizionit\u2019, ka avokuar p\u00ebrmes fushat\u00ebs \u201cRriteMeDashni\u201d q\u00eb Kosova ta ket\u00eb nj\u00eb ligj p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs t\u00eb till\u00eb qysh prej 2013 e deri n\u00eb kalimin e Ligjit m\u00eb 21 qershor 2019 (kur u kalua n\u00eb Kuvendin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs). Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij rrug\u00ebtimi, ne kemi punuar ngusht\u00eb me institucionet relevante duke i mb\u00ebshtetur dhe ofruar sugjerimet tona n\u00eb grupet punuese t\u00eb Zyr\u00ebs Ligjore t\u00eb Kryeministrit dhe Zyr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Qeverisje t\u00eb Mir\u00eb dhe Komisionit Parlamentar p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejta t\u00eb Njeriut, Barazi Gjinore, dhe Peticione, sidomos n\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen e neneve ligjore p\u00ebr ndalimin e dhun\u00ebs ndaj f\u00ebmij\u00ebs n\u00eb \u00e7do mjedis, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn e l\u00ebshuar p\u00ebr shtyp.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, qysh nga viti 2017, ne kemi mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi prind\u00ebrit ose kujdestar\u00ebt, m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe zyrtar\u00ebt institucional p\u00ebrmes programit t\u00eb Disiplin\u00ebs Pozitive.<\/p>\n

Save the Children dhe \u201cSyri i Vizionit\u201d vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb se zbatimi i Ligjit p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e F\u00ebmij\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb tejet i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e vendit, prandaj, b\u00ebjn\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb institucionet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn q\u00eb ky ligj t\u00eb gjej\u00eb zbatim, f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u2019u krijohet mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb t\u00eb rriten t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm e pa dhun\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mund ta arrijn\u00eb potencialin e tyre n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n
