\nDeri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 12:00, sipas raportimeve t\u00eb v\u00ebzhguesve t\u00eb DnV-s\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar kan\u00eb dal\u00eb 145,126 qytetar\u00eb me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht 10.7% e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb votuesve me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote.
