Rregullorja p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e komisionit p\u00ebr em\u00ebrtimin, riem\u00ebrtimin e shesheve, rrug\u00ebve, rrugicave dhe vendeve tjera publike dhe Rregullorja komunale p\u00ebr organizimin dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin e komun\u00ebs me fshatrat, vendbanimet dhe lagjet urbane n\u00eb territorin e komun\u00ebs s\u00eb De\u00e7anit, si dhe Rregullorja p\u00ebr konsultim dhe pjes\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb publikut n\u00eb vendim-marrje, kan\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb kuvendet komunale t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy komunave, nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt komunal t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha partive uninanimisht i kan\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur k\u00ebto ndryshime t\u00eb cilat iu jan\u00eb adresuar kuvendeve komunale nga grupet e grave asambleiste dhe zyrat p\u00ebr barazi gjinore.
\nGjith\u00eb kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur fal\u00eb Projektit P\u00ebr P\u00ebrkrahjen e Grave, q\u00eb Syri i Vizionit nga viti i kaluar \u00ebsht\u00eb duke implementuar me mb\u00ebshtetjen financiare nga USIAD\/ATRC. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebtyre tri rregulloreve, m\u00eb par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar edhe rregullorja p\u00ebr subvencione dhe bursa n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e Pej\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb proces jan\u00eb edhe dy rregullore tjera n\u00eb kuvendet komunale t\u00eb Junikut dhe Istogut.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
