Sipas komunitetit kompanit\u00eb e kontraktuara nga komuna p\u00ebr realizimin e projekteve nuk kryejn\u00eb pun\u00ebn ashtu si\u00e7 duhet, ato nuk inspektohen nga organet kompetente, dhe pothuaj gjithnj\u00eb kompanit\u00eb nuk u  p\u00ebrmbahen kritereve t\u00eb parapara p\u00ebr realizimin e pun\u00ebve dhe nuk e p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb dhe sistemojn\u00eb mir\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn ku jan\u00eb kryer e punimet.<br \/>\nZyrtaret komunal kan\u00eb motivuar kryetar\u00ebt e k\u00ebshillave q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e d\u00ebgjimeve publike dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa m\u00eb shum\u00eb drejtuar institucioneve.<br \/>\nPjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb takim ishin kryetar\u00ebt e k\u00ebshillave lokale, kryesuesi i asambles\u00eb dhe zyrtar\u00ebt e drejtorive  komunale.<br \/>\nTakimi \u00ebsht\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit \u201cQytetaria Aktive\u201d, q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim zhvillimin e qytetaris\u00eb aktive n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u realizuar tash e sa vite n\u00eb rajonin e Pej\u00ebs dhe Prizrenit nga OJQ \u201cSyri i Vizionit\u201d mb\u00ebshtetur nga organizata  Olof Palme International Center.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>________________<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rahovec, August 29 &#8211; The &#8220;Presentation of the priorities of local councils&#8221; meeting was held, which was organized within the project for strengthening Active Citizenship in Kosovo.
