Programi  kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim ngritjen dhe zhvillimin e aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb hisedar\u00ebve p\u00ebr zhvillim t\u00eb Istogut: Zyrtar\u00ebt Komunal, Bizneset si dhe Organizatat Joqeveritare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb programit jan\u00eb zhvilluar tre module me tema t\u00eb ndryshme: Zhvillimi i aft\u00ebsive strategjike p\u00ebr ngritje t\u00eb kapaciteteve t\u00eb bizneseve; Grantet dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, si dhe Fuqizimi i Biznesit\/Organizatave n\u00eb Istog.  Trajnimet u zhvilluan gjat\u00eb vitit 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit n\u00eb k\u00ebto trajnime kan\u00eb pasur mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb marrin njohuri dhe p\u00ebrvoja nga profesionist\u00eb dhe ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm duke i bartur n\u00eb pun\u00ebn dhe efikasitetin e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Istogut. ky projekt \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe ofron mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr Istogun. Ngritja e kapaciteteve t\u00eb hisedar\u00ebve ndikon direkt n\u00eb zhvillimin e Istogut, forcon dhe p\u00ebrkrah sektorin privat, zyrtar\u00ebt komunal\u00eb dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile.<\/p>\n<p>Zyrtari i i organizat\u00ebs jo qeveritare Syri i Vizionit, z. Abedin Imami, fal\u00ebnderoi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit. Ai theksoj se \"ne jemi munduar q\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhim trajner\u00eb profesionist\u00eb dhe ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb fushave q\u00eb t\u00eb ngrisim aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e agjent\u00ebve zhvillimore t\u00eb Istogut\u201d. Ai nj\u00ebherit theksoi se  \u201cinteresimi  dhe pjes\u00ebmarrja interaktive e akter\u00ebve kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb Istogut e b\u00ebn edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm k\u00ebt\u00eb program\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Programi p\u00ebr Ngritje t\u00eb Kapaciteteve \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e projektit \u201cMb\u00ebshtetja p\u00ebr Agro-Turiz\u00ebm, Biznes dhe Infrastruktur\u00eb n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e Istogut\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur dhe promovuar zhvillimin ekonomik dhe krijimin e vendeve t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhme m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb.
