Pej\u00eb, 24 prill- \u00c7\u00ebshtjet e pron\u00ebs, rregullimi i trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb, p\u00ebrcjellja e dokumentacionit n\u00eb shitblerjet dhe t\u00eb tjera probleme q\u00eb lidhen me pron\u00ebn, jan\u00eb diskutuar n\u00eb debatin e mbajtur me qytetar\u00ebt e Pej\u00ebs. n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e Kuvendit Komunal t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs, ata kan\u00eb shprehur interesimin e tyre lidhur me legjislacionin, dhe kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pyetjet e tyre tek p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e institucioneve, q\u00eb merren me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb. Zyrtar\u00eb nga komuna e Pej\u00ebs, kadastra dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjet pron\u00ebsore, ofiqaria dhe Drejtoria e urbanizmit, Gjykata themelore e Pej\u00ebs, OSBE, sh\u00ebrbimi i nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimit dhe sh\u00ebrbimi juridik falas, kan\u00eb informuar qytetar\u00ebt mbi ligjet, procedurat dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb u ofrohen atyre n\u00eb rregullim t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb pron\u00ebsis\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb problemet t\u00eb mos barten nga brezi n\u00eb brez, si n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn.
\nPyetjet e qytetar\u00ebve kryesisht jan\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb trajtimin e pronave t\u00eb blera pa dokumentacion nga vitet \u201970 e m\u00eb her\u00ebt t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar, kontestet lidhur me pron\u00ebsin\u00eb, m\u00ebnyrat e regjistrimit t\u00eb pronave, legalizimet dhe t\u00eb tjera probleme q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjet nga zyrtar\u00ebt p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs.
\nDebati me qytetar\u00ebt e Pej\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb i fundit nga debatet me qytetar q\u00eb jan\u00eb mbajtur gjat\u00eb muajve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb komunat Pej\u00eb, Klin\u00eb, De\u00e7an dhe Istog, fillimisht me kryetar\u00ebt e bashk\u00ebsive lokale, e pastaj edhe me komunitetin. Projekti \u201cMbroje pron\u00ebn t\u00ebnde\u201d financohet nga USIAD\/ ATRC dhe ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim sensibilizimin e qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb raport me pron\u00ebn, zgjidhjen e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb dhe vet\u00ebdijesimin p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e shitblerjeve bazuar n\u00eb dokumentacionet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. Gjetjet e deritanishme gjat\u00eb realizmit t\u00eb projektit do t\u00eb analizohen n\u00eb tryeza t\u00eb rrumbullak\u00ebta me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb akter\u00ebt, n\u00eb kat\u00ebr komunat e rajonit gjat\u00eb muajve maj e qershor, p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb me rekomandimet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse p\u00ebr institucionet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
