K\u00ebshtu jan\u00eb shprehur ata gjat\u00eb vizit\u00ebs q\u00eb zyrtar\u00eb nga Institucioni i Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit (IAP) i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs Ismail Qemali, p\u00ebr t\u2019i informuar ata me pun\u00ebn dhe aktivitetet e k\u00ebtij institucioni n\u00eb mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe ndihm\u00ebn q\u00eb mund t\u2019u ofroj\u00eb ai n\u00eb rast se atyre ju shkelen t\u00eb drejtat e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Zyrtarja e k\u00ebtij institucioni, znj. Igballe Rrahmani, i ka njoftuar f\u00ebmij\u00ebt se ekziston Nj\u00ebsiti p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e F\u00ebmij\u00ebve, i cili mbron, promovon, v\u00ebzhgon si dhe zhvillon hetime lidhur me shkeljet e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve nga ana e institucioneve publike. Ajo me tej ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se  ky nj\u00ebsit i ka mund\u00ebsuar IAP-s\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve sipas Konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e F\u00ebmij\u00ebs si dhe t\u00eb Konvent\u00ebs Evropiane p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut dhe Lirive Themelore.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo ka motivuar f\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb n\u00eb rast se atyre ju shkelen t\u00eb drejtat nga kushdo-qoft\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, familje etj, t\u2019i drejtohen k\u00ebtij institucione dhe se ky institucion do t\u2019u dal\u00eb n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb q\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb viktima t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs apo dukurive tjera.<br \/>\nF\u00ebmij\u00ebt kan\u00eb ndar\u00eb raste t\u00eb ndryshme, ku ata besojn\u00eb q\u00eb u jan\u00eb shkelur t\u00eb drejtat e tyre dhe kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar sqarime nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja e Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit se \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb b\u00ebhet apo si duhet vepruar n\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla.<br \/>\nVizita e Ombuspersonit n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn \u201cIsmail Qemali\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb programit \u201cS\u00eb bashku p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve (Together 4 children rigts- Child Protection)\u201d, n\u00eb partneritet me organizat\u00ebn Save the Children.<br \/>\nKy projekt po implementohet n\u00eb dhjet\u00eb shkolla fillore dhe t\u00eb mesme t\u00eb ul\u00ebta n\u00eb pes\u00eb komuna t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs: n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Pej\u00eb, Gjakov\u00eb, Ferizaj dhe Mitrovic\u00eb.
