\nOrganizata Joqeveritare Syri i Vizionit, n\u00eb partneritet me organizat\u00ebn Save the Children, kan\u00eb publikuar raportin e monitorimit t\u00eb Konvent\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, nga vet\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt me titullin \u201cPerceptimet e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, prind\u00ebrve dhe zyrtar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr arsim, ngacmimin dhe diskriminimin n\u00eb shkolla\u201d.<\/p>\n
Raporti p\u00ebrfshin tri pika t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb Konvent\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare mbi t\u00eb drejtat e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve: \"E drejta n\u00eb Edukim\", Ngacmimet\" dhe \"Mosdiskriminimi\", ndwrsa wshtw konstatuar se n\u00eb secil\u00ebn prej tyre ka pasur shkelje dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb sa duhet nga ana e institucioneve lokale.
\nPo ashtu raporti ka nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb pah se nuk ka nj\u00eb koordinim t\u00eb duhur t\u00eb institucioneve p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar situat\u00ebn e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, e ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr edukim, parandalim t\u00eb ngacmimeve dhe mosdiskriminim.<\/p>\n
T\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb takim, ku edhe \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb publikimi i raportit ishin Drejtoria e Arsimit, Policia e Kosov\u00ebs, Gjykata Themelore-nj\u00ebsiti p\u00ebr t\u00eb mitur, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Ombudpersonit n\u00eb nivel lokal dhe qendror, Qendra p\u00ebr Pun\u00eb Sociale, koordinatori komunal p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, qendra e mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb familjare, drejtor\u00eb t\u00eb disa shkollave, shoq\u00ebria civile, prind\u00ebr, nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, pedagog\u00eb, psikolog\u00eb, institucione tjera p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe mediat.
