\nN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tryez\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se sa i p\u00ebrket an\u00ebs legjislative ekzistojn\u00eb ligje, udh\u00ebzime dhe strategji q\u00eb garantojn\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen e femr\u00ebs n\u00eb vendimmarrje dhe mbrojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e tyre, por prap\u00eb se prap\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto mekanizma ligjore kan\u00eb mbetur vet\u00ebm n\u00eb let\u00ebr dhe s\u00eb shum\u00eb pak po zbatohen, gj\u00eb q\u00eb po ndikon q\u00eb femra t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb rol t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb vendimmarrje.

\nN\u00eb fund t\u00eb tryez\u00ebs kan\u00eb dal\u00eb rekomandime t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb ju adresohen institucioneve komunale, q\u00eb komunat t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb gruan faktor t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb hartim t\u00eb strategjive zhvillimore, n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e ekonomis\u00eb, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, arsimit etj.<\/p>\n
Tryeza \u201cGatishm\u00ebria e femrave n\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen e tyre n\u00eb mekanizmat ekzistuese mbi nd\u00ebrtimin e paqes\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e programit q\u00eb po realizohet n\u00eb disa komuna t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare UN Women, EU-s\u00eb dhe UNDP-s\u00eb n\u00eb partneritet me organizatat joqeveritare vendore.
