Pej\u00eb, 23 tetor 2012- Organizata Joqeveritare Syri i Vizionit n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim m\u00eb Institutin Demokratik KDI, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb rrjetit t\u00eb OJQ-ve Demokracia n\u00eb Veprim , kan\u00eb mbajtur debat publik m\u00eb student\u00ebt e Universitetit Publik \u201cHaxhi Zeka\u201d, p\u00ebr rend\u00ebsin e pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb zgjedhje dhe rend\u00ebsit q\u00eb ka vota e tyre. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb debat p\u00ebrve\u00e7 p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb Syrit Vizionit mori pjes\u00eb edhe kryetari i komunikonit Komunal Zgjedhor (KKZ), Abdurrahim Haxhisefa, ku student\u00ebt u njoftuan me procesin zgjedhor, reformat q\u00eb jan\u00eb duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb si dhe rend\u00ebsin pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr dal n\u00eb votime n\u00eb zgjedhjet q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbahen vitin tjet\u00ebr.
\nStudent\u00ebt kan\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar se mos pjes\u00ebmarrje tyre n\u00eb zgjedhje vije si pasoj\u00eb e munges\u00ebs se kuadrove q\u00eb sjellin partit\u00eb politike si dhe programet e tyre q\u00eb tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb konsumuar pasi sipas tyre \u00e7do her\u00eb jan\u00eb me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin program dhe premtime. Gjithashtu ata kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se manipulimet dhe vjedhjet e votave q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndodhur kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ata q\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb arsye tjet\u00ebr shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr mosdalje n\u00eb votime, duke akuzuar edhe institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb se nuk kan\u00eb shqiptuar d\u00ebnimet e duhura dhe nuk ka informata se sa persona jan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar q\u00eb kane vjedh vota apo kan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar procesin zgjedhor.
