Organizata joqeveritare \u201cSyri i Vizioni\u201d, p\u00ebrmes pun\u00ebs s\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb dhe trajnimeve t\u00eb shumta \u00ebsht\u00eb duke fuqizuar rolin e kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsive lokale n\u00eb disa lokalitete n\u00eb pes\u00eb komuna t\u00eb rrafshit t\u00eb Dukagjinit: Pej\u00eb, Istog, Klin\u00eb, De\u00e7an dhe Rahovec. Q\u00eb nga muaji prill i k\u00ebtij viti jan\u00eb duke u mbajtur trajnime profesionale n\u00eb secil\u00ebn prej komunave, n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e avokimit dhe projekt propozimeve. N\u00eb secilin komun\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur nga nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi lokale q\u00eb p\u00ebrbehet prej 5-13 fshatrave, q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si nj\u00eb test apo pilot projekt n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e SiV p\u00ebr fuqizimin e kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsive lokale dhe rolin e tyre aktiv n\u00eb proceset vendimmarr\u00ebse, n\u00eb nivel lokal dhe n\u00eb at\u00eb qendror.
\nKy program q\u00eb Syri i Vizionit \u00ebsht\u00eb duke implemntuar n\u00eb k\u00ebto komuna mb\u00ebshtet nga organizata OLOF Plame Center nga Suedia. N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti do t\u00eb punohet edhe n\u00eb fuqizimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, organizatave aktive joqeveritare dhe grupeve joformale n\u00ebp\u00ebr zonat e ndryshme, t\u00eb cilave do t\u2019u ofrohen trajnime profesionale.
\nN\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur edhe nj\u00eb zyre q\u00eb do t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb grupeve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb interesit q\u00eb t\u2019u qasen sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb ndryshme publike dhe t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e institucioneve vendimmarr\u00ebse, si dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb ueb faqe q\u00eb do t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb t\u00eb arriturat dhe problemet me t\u00eb cilat ballafaqohen banor\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre komunave ku \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u realizuar projekti.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
