Festivalet q\u00eb jan\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, n\u00eb sheshet kryesore t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre tri qyteteve dukagjinase, ka mbledhur n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend dhjet\u00eb grupe t\u00eb ndryshme, k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00eb e valltar\u00eb, artsit\u00eb, piktor\u00eb e aktor\u00eb, q\u00eb para publikut t\u00eb rastit n\u00eb k\u00ebto qendra ka paraqitur aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyr\u00eb.
