Pej\u00eb 11 prill 2012- Sot n\u00eb ambientet e Hotel Dukagjini n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, Organizatat joqeveritare Syri i Vizionit ka organizuar tryez\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar raport analiz\u00ebn \u201cBuxheti i Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs - nevojat p\u00ebr buxhet shtes\u00eb dhe planifikim\u201d. Kjo analiz\u00eb e politikave \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur nga hulumtuesit e Institutit p\u00ebr Studime t\u00eb Avancuara GAP n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit \u201cRritja e angazhimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e ofruesve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d, realizuar nga Forumi p\u00ebr Iniciativa Qytetare (FIQ), dhe financuar nga NED.
\nKjo analiz\u00eb v\u00ebshtron dhe analizon buxhetin vjetor t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ndarjen e tij n\u00eb kategori t\u00eb ndryshme, investime kapitale, sh\u00ebrbime, paga dhe t\u00eb tjera, duke analizuar buxhetin vjetor n\u00eb vitet e fundit dhe menaxhimin e tij, nevojat operacionale t\u00eb policis\u00eb p\u00ebr pajisje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim t\u00eb kushteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb funksionimit, ngritjen e kapaciteteve dhe arritjen e objektivave t\u00eb parashikuara n\u00eb Planin Zhvillimor t\u00eb PK-s\u00eb.
\nN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tryez\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm ishin zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga stacioni rajonal i Pej\u00ebs, dhe stacionet e Komunave Istog dhe De\u00e7an, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb partive politike, zyrtar\u00eb komunal, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb k\u00ebshillave komunale p\u00ebr siguri n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi, Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile dhe mediat. T\u00eb pranishmit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tryez\u00eb u pajtuan m\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat q\u00eb ofron kjo analiz\u00eb dhe k\u00ebrkuan nga institucionet qendrore gjegj\u00ebsisht Ministria e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme q\u00eb t\u00eb ndaj\u00eb buxhet m\u00eb t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr policin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ju ofrohen pajisjet e nevojshme q\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrformanca e policis\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb n\u00eb kryerjen e detyrave dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive q\u00eb kan\u00eb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
