N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ceremoni jan\u00eb fal\u00ebnderuar rreth 70 OJQ dhe grupe joformale nga k\u00ebto komuna q\u00eb kan\u00eb kontribuar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebshillave t\u00eb krijuara q\u00eb kan\u00eb funksionuar n\u00eb pes\u00eb komunat e rajonit.
