Klinë, Deçan, June 7 and 8 – In Klinë and Deçan, 36 primary school teachers were certified in the subject of Career Orientation. All their training has been implemented within the Mistmatch program, which is carried out by Syri i Vizioni with the support of Solidar Suisse and aims to help schools in the municipalities of the Dukagjin region in adapting to the labor market. Career guidance is seen as an aid to students who, at the right age, are able to make the right decisions about the education they will follow, as the first step of their future career development.
Their licensing is done according to the five-step European Model, prepared and accredited by GIZ in Kosovo. The municipal directors of education Hajdin Morina in the Municipality of Klina and Qazim Maloku, director in the Municipality of Deçan, have also been committed to the importance of Career Orientation and the possibilities of its implementation. With this ceremony, the number of teachers certified by Eye of Vision in six municipalities reaches about 80 people.
