On April 05 and 06, 2014, training was held for the training of teachers in the subject “Career Counseling” for teachers of lower secondary schools in the Municipality of Peja. The training was held at the Didactic Center and was jointly organized by the Municipal Directorate of Education and the “Syri i Vizioni” organization within the framework of the “Mismatch” project financed by Solidar Suisse. 20 people participated in the training and worked in two days under the guidance of two trainers accredited by GIZ. On behalf of the municipal directorate of education, Nagihane Broqi-Tabaku wished success to the participants.

In the first two days of the training, topics related to career orientation, the structure of the process of choosing a profession in the 5-stage model were addressed; Self-knowledge, Personality profile, Classification of professions and sectors, etc.
Teachers from 20 schools in Peja participated, who received the electronic material in two parts: the manual for teachers “Education in the career – Five steps of decision-making towards education and the profession” and “Portfolio for career guidance” for students.
The next training is held during the month of May.
