This call is made by “Preparation, empowerment and employment of young people, other disadvantaged women in five municipalities of Kosovo”, a project financed by the European Union and implemented by the NGO Syri i Vizioni, The Balkan Forum and the Municipality of Istog . The current call aims to financially support seven start-up social enterprises in the five municipalities of Kosovo (Pejë, Istog, Klinë, Deçan and Junik) to expand the creation of jobs for disadvantaged communities such as young people, women, people with skills limited and those from minority ethnic groups (Bosniaks, Serbs, Roma, Egyptians, Ashkali), especially those aged 15-30.
The EEE project (Equipment, empowerment and employment of youth, other disadvantaged women in five municipalities of Kosovo) started on October 26, 2020 and includes a wide range of activities that will be implemented over a two-year period.
The current call contains a part. The proposal according to this call can be submitted to:
Part 1: Grants for social enterprise start-ups to support sustainable job creation and self-employment opportunities for disadvantaged communities such as youth, women, people with disabilities and those from ethnic minority groups (Bosnians, Serbs, Roma, Egyptians, Ashkali), especially those aged 15-30.
Applicants may submit more than one application. An applicant may not be awarded more than 1 grant(s) under this Call for grants.
The total indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is 42,000.00 euros.
Any grant requested under this call for proposals must be between the following [minimum and] maximum amounts:
• minimum amount: 5,000.00 euros
• maximum amount: 6,000.00 euros
