January 23- In the hall of the Municipal Assembly of Klina, a debate was held with the citizens of the municipality of Klina regarding the issues of property and inheritance. Dozens of citizens of this municipality have talked with the representatives of the institutions of Klina regarding the laws that affect inheritance issues, the possibilities of property registration, problems carried over from the past, but also created now due to the carelessness of the citizens themselves. They were answered by representatives of the Court of Klina, the Directorate of Cadastre, Urbanism and Officials of Klina. The topics covered were related to sales and purchases not accompanied by documents, the legalization of constructions and other issues related to property.
The debate was organized within the project “Love Your Property” financed by USAID/ATRC and implemented in the region of Peja by Eye of Vision.
