December 20, 2019 – NGO Syri i Vizioni in cooperation with the Directorates of Administration in the municipalities of Deçan, Rahovec and Peja have held meetings regarding the “Promotion of the help desk for citizens” within the “Active Citizenship” project.

The purpose of these meetings was to promote the help desks for citizens which took place in the municipal administrations of the municipalities, Deçan, Rahovec and Pejë, and which were initiated within the project for the development of active citizenship in Kosovo.

These counters will help citizens and make it easier for them and the heads of local councils to address and draft their requests to the institutions.

During these meetings, all participants were provided with information sheets with the necessary instructions regarding the help desks for citizens, what services they can receive, how they can be contacted, and the toll-free numbers for citizens.

The meetings are organized within the “Active Citizenship” program, which Eye of Vision has been implementing for several years now with support from the Olof Palme International Center and SIDA. The project in question focuses on the municipalities of the regions of Peja and Prizren.
