Gjakovë, September 21 – Initiated by the “Eye of the Vision” through the SEED project – Support for the Development of Education and Employment in Kosovo, the Municipal Council for Employment has been established in Gjakovë. The Municipal Assembly of Gjakova has approved the proposal, which was presented and delegated to the assembly by the Directorate of Economic Development in Gjakova.
The Local Employment Council (KLP) is an inclusive body with an advisory mandate in the field of employment in the municipality of Gjakova, and aims to influence the orientation and harmonization of policies, programs and local teaching services, including practice, counseling and (re ) career orientation, to create a qualitative offer, which will meet the growing demands of the local and regional market for qualified personnel.
This council supports with technical and financial assistance within the 3-year project “SEED second phase – Support for the Development of Education and Employment in Kosovo”, a project supported by the Austrian Development Agency implemented by the NGO Syri i Vizioni and Volkshilfe Solidarität .
