April 25, 2023 – Pejë: The first health caravan was carried out to raise awareness among citizens about non-communicable diseases on the topics – the impact of tobacco, alcohol, physical activity, healthy eating. During this activity, the citizens filled out the evaluation card and then checked the health staff teams engaged by the project for this purpose.

With the launch of this caravan, 274 citizens were informed more about non-communicable diseases.

This activity was carried out within the project “Accessible and quality health care – #aqhproject” which is implemented by Swiss TPH and Syri i Vizioni and financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

The next health caravans will also be held in Klina, Istog, Junik, Kamenica and Deçan.
