Peja, July 12 – ATRC, within the framework of the “Justice in Justice” project supported by the US State Department – Bureau of International Narcotics Trafficking and Law Enforcement Affairs, in partnership with Syri i Vizioni, held a public education workshop in Peja . The purpose of this workshop was to make the public aware of the rights of victims that have been violated by the state, the mechanisms that play an important role in protecting victims, and also to present the mechanisms of complaints against officials who violate their responsibilities to protect the rights of citizens. Judges, Prosecutors and Defense Lawyers were invited to this panelist workshop. Participants had the opportunity to discuss their concerns closely with institutional officials.
