In the first workshop held at the Didactic Center in Pej\u00eb, teachers from the municipalities of Pej\u00eb, Klin\u00eb, De\u00e7an, Istog, Junik and Gjakov\u00eb, led by qualified trainers, have started creating a model plan that would be a guide for teachers who teach this subjects in the schools of the region.<br \/>\nIn the past three years, about 80 teachers have been trained to teach Career Orientation, within our &#8220;Mismatch&#8221; project funded by Solidar Suisse, who have transferred this experience to students in dozens of schools in these six municipalities.<br \/>\nThe annual plan will have two models, for schools in which it is implemented as an elective subject in ninth grades, and for schools that implement the new curriculum as a module of the &#8220;Life and Work&#8221; curriculum field.<br \/>\nThe activity is also supported by the municipal directorates of education of the municipalities of Pej\u00eb, Klin\u00eb, De\u00e7an, Istog, Junik and Gjakov\u00eb, which together with the NGO Syri i Vizioni have addressed to the Ministry of Education, to offer a pan model that can also serve in the schools of other municipalities in Kosovo.<br \/>\nCareer guidance and counseling is seen as very important to help students identify their skills and make decisions about education and career.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div
