Designation of the contract: Supply and assembly of kitchen equipment and visibility systems for Peja Hospital

1. Syri i Vizioni (SiV) was officially registered as a local NGO in September 2001, but has started operating in the municipality of Peja since 1999 as a Community-Based Organization (CBO).
From the beginning, the motto of the organization was “Think globally, act locally”, to which it remained faithful. The mission of the organization is “the development of the community of people, informal groups, organizations, networks, institutions and donors through advocacy, exchange of information and awareness” and SiV through its action proves that it is an organization that realizes local actions based on the best practices good.
The goal of the Humedica project in Kosovo is to improve the delivery of health services in the General Hospital of the city of Peja, Kosovo, by developing and implementing nutrition standards and complementary activities to improve the skills of hospital staff through tailored training and workshops.
Through this project, the hospital will be able to organize catering and nutritional support with all other services in a hospital as well as provide proper nutritional care to all patients in all departments/units.
We are looking for a company to supply some kitchen equipment as well as equipment related to visibility, according to the description/before the measure specified in the quotation request, with which the Peja hospital will create better conditions for the hospital staff. and quality food for patients.
Description of works/supplies:
The offer foresees the construction of the shelf for kitchen vegetables, the placement of the project plaque at the entrance of the hospital, the placement of boxes for each ward of the hospital, where the daily menus for each ward will be placed.
2. The minimum criteria for qualification of bidders are:
• Evidence of the performance of similar works;
• Legal registration of the firm by local authorities.
3. Interested bidders who meet the minimum criteria for qualification mentioned above are invited to apply with their bids by completing the attached bid where the detailed technical specification is mentioned along with other terms and conditions.
