The third workshop for the drafting of the “Advocacy Strategy for the Municipality of Rahovec” was held on June 25 in Rahovec within the “Active Citizenship” project.
The three workshops were organized with the aim of drafting an advocacy strategy, which supports and enables the implementation of the Communication Strategy for the Municipality of Rahovec.
Syri i Vizioni in cooperation with the Municipality of Rahovec have found it important to draft a strategic document which helps to increase the participation of citizens in public meetings, the activation of women, men and young people as well as their involvement in decision-making processes.
The municipality of Rahovec has established the working group for the drafting of the advocacy strategy composed of representatives from this municipality and from civil society, being supported by Syri i Vizioni in this process.
These workshops were held within the “Active Citizenship” program, which is implemented by Syri i Vizioni with financial support from Olof Palme International Center and SIDA.
