Pejë, November 14- On the initiative of the director and psychologist of the “8 Marsi” school and some parents, the NGO “Syri i Vizioni” held a training on the topic “Prevention of bullying against children” with the children of the sixth grade of this school. .
The children welcomed this training and saw it as quite necessary for them, since they had the opportunity to learn about the types of bullying, not only at school but also outside it, as well as the ways to prevent and refer this phenomenon. Likewise, all the time, children have shown different cases when they or their peers have been “victims” of bullying by their peers, which, in most cases, have been unintentional or unconscious, but as a joke.
It was observed that the children did not have much information regarding bullying, its types, causes and consequences, as well as alternative ways of preventing bullying in school and outside it.
