June 23, 2022, Pristina – Syri i Vizioni in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation have organized the conference at the central level with the topic “Career Centers in IAAP – Cooperation of Local and Central Levels”.

In this conference, the latest developments for career centers in IAAP vocational education and training institutions in Kosovo, cooperation between local and central institutions to support school-based career centers, the exchange of experiences and the sharing of practices were addressed. good from the municipalities and schools in which career centers exist, the possibilities and needs for opening career centers in schools where they do not exist, as well as the ways of financing career centers, both for existing ones and those that will be established.

Recommendations were drawn from this conference that will serve local and central institutions to draft policies that rely on good practices and create sustainability for career centers in vocational education and training institutions. At the same time, these recommendations will serve the process of standardization of career centers and the creation of administrative guidance, which was initiated by MESTI.

This conference is organized within the program “Support for the Development of Education and Employment – SEED phase III” which is implemented by the organizations Volkshilfe Solidarity and Eye of Vision and financed by the Austrian Development Agency – ADA.
