Pejë, December 20-21 – Within the second phase of the SEED project, a two-day training was organized on the topics “Effective presentations” and “Ethics and Business Conduct in relation to external investors” with the participation of professional schools, universities, businesses, non-governmental organizations and local institutions from the municipalities of Pejë, Gjakovë and Prizren. The aim of the training was for the participants to increase their knowledge about the main elements of ethics in business and the principles of business behavior, as well as the importance of effective presentation.
The second phase of the SEED program is implemented in three countries: in Kosovo, Albania and Serbia, it aims to contribute to the strategic development of the labor market, a contribution to poverty reduction and gender equality in these countries. The three-year program in Kosovo is carried out by the organization Syri i Vizioni and Volkshilfe with support from the Austrian Development Agency – ADA, and focuses on fostering sustainable partnerships that lead to the creation of an active labor market framework at the local level and access to employment. formal.
