It should be emphasized that during the electoral campaign Mr. Muhaxheri had given more than 14 pledges, of course, these are the pledges that we, as the organization Syri i Vizioni and Democracy Plus, have selected according to the needs of the citizens, where these pledges have been transformed into a document that it is called the commitment card, which was also signed by Mr. Muhaxheri himself.
These commitments are related to the improvement of road infrastructure in cities and different areas (drinking water, sewerage, waste water treatment. Plants, electricity) kindergartens and nurseries for children, family medicine centers and equipment with laboratories for analysis of general, digitalization of services in public administration, promotion of youth employability and investment in tourism
Mayor Muhaxheri has informed the citizens about each of these promises and some of them according to him have been exceeded especially in health, tourism and infrastructure in some areas in the city and villages as well as some investments or commitments that are in the work phase especially in the area of Rugova. He also told about the challenges he encountered and continues to encounter, especially from irresponsible companies, from certain individuals who often hinder investments when their property is affected.
Participating citizens and from civil society addressed some concerns and needs related to the empowerment of women who are engaged in beekeeping, the interventions for the rehabilitation of some roads and sewers in the neighborhood of Xhemail Kada, Asllan Ceshme, 7Shtatori and it was requested from them that the citizens themselves should be more responsible in taking care of the investments that are made, but also increasing investments in maintenance and responsibility of contracted operators.
