meets annually and elects three-year term Board and executive director, who then develop programs and have full responsibility for projects, staff, the benefits of the organization.

Governing Board

In management, the organization is managed and overseen by the Governing Board consisting of seven members, elected by the Assembly of Members. The Board holds its regular meetings where they analyze the work and priorities of the organization.

Finances

Eye of Vision is funded from projects implemented with partners and donors, from incomes, services and other forms of financing. Most of the donors who finance our projects are international organizations, in special cases participate also the local institutions and the private sector. The organization has a procurement regulation which regulates the functioning of the organization's finances. External audit of the organization is made for each fiscal year. Audits are completed starting from 2004 and were regularly made over the years to come

Staff and Volunteers

On the organizational level, the NGO Eye of Vision employed in projects about 15 people, most of whom have specific responsibilities for specific projects. This working team is supported by a core group of 40 young volunteers trained by our organization and community activists who serve in certain activities in the area of advocacy, dissemination of information and raising awareness. While extensive list of volunteers with over 300 persons from time to time engage in various projects as observers in monitoring the election, surveyors, etc
