Pejë, June 11- Within the coalition of NGOs Democracy in Action, which monitors the elections in Kosovo since 2007, Syri i Vizioni has also monitored the central elections in six municipalities of Kosovo, which were held on June 11. With around 500 observers stationed in 461 polling stations in the municipalities of Pejë, Gjakovë, Klinë, Istog, Deçan and Junik, and dozens of other units, Syri i Vizioni has reported from moment to moment and monitored every ballot box in all localities these municipalities, influencing the preservation of the vote and the prevention of misuse during the electoral process. Numerous reports and communications have been developed throughout the day keeping citizens informed and requesting the cessation of irregularities where they have been identified.
The Eye of Vision as part of Democracy in Action is committed to the democratization of society, preserving the right to free vote and supports institutions and society towards achieving this goal.
