Trainings were held for the 80 long-term observers who will be engaged for the 2013 local elections. During these trainings, the observers were trained in several modules: 1) Campaign and Financial Cost Monitoring; 2) Active Citizenship; and 3) Election Day. The observers will cooperate with the regional coordinators during the month of September to organize training for all the short-term observers that DnV plans to engage on election day.
“Syri i Vizioni” as one of the members of the coalition “Democracy in action” will monitor the election campaign, voting and counting of votes in the municipalities of Pejë, Gjakovë, Istog, Klinë, Deçan and Junik, for which it has engaged 13 long-term observers.

The list of over 300 daily observers who will monitor the day of the elections in these six municipalities, whose training will take place until the end of September, has also been drawn up.
