Be part of the campaign “Shoes are for wearing, not for hitting”

Save the Children in Kosovo, in partnership with the Eye of Vision organization and in cooperation with the Parliamentary Commission for Human Rights, Gender Equality, Missing Persons and Petitions, are pleased to invite you to be part of the awareness campaign “Papukja is for t “run, not to hit” as part of the campaign to stop corporal punishment and violence against children “#RiteMeDashni”.

The purpose of this campaign is to increase the awareness of parents and adults about the consequences of corporal punishment and the use of violence and the exercise of violence with shoes, as a very pronounced phenomenon in the family.

The campaign will be carried out on June 24, 2019 (Monday) starting from 12:00 to 14:00, through the march from the Assembly of Kosovo to Zahir Pajaziti Square, Prishtina.

The Campaign to Prohibit Corporal Punishment and Violence against Children “#Grow up with Love” is carried out within the framework of the thematic program in the field of child protection and governance with children’s rights “Our Obligation to the Future – Protection of Children and Governance of Children’s Rights” which is implemented by the Eye of Vision organization in partnership with Save the Children, office in Kosovo.
