Pejë, Istog, Klinë, October 4- In the framework of the project “Support in the integration and empowerment of Roma, Egyptian and Ashkali returnees through Capacity Development in Basic Education in Kosovo”, which is supported by GIZ – the German Agency for International Cooperation and is implemented by “Syri i Vizioni”, during the month of September, the first cycle of awareness campaigns about motivating the children of the Roma, Egyptian and Ashkali communities to continue the learning process took place.
This cycle of campaigns was carried out in three primary schools of the municipality of Peja, namely in the schools of the villages of Cige, Zahaq and Kliqinë, in the primary schools “Ismet Raci” and “Motrat Qiriazi” in Klina, as well as in the primary school “Avni Rrustemi” in Zallq of Istog. In these meetings held with the families of the communities living in the respective localities, they talked about the importance and values ​​that participation in the regular learning process has for children, as well as the benefits and irreplaceable role that education has in their development and progress, in emancipation of the family and society in general.
