Peja, December 26- A research conducted with hotel and tourism businesses in Peja was published in a meeting held in Peja. In the meeting attended by officials from the Directorate of Education, “Ali Hadri” Economic High School, the regional employment center, Peja businesses and civil society discussed the report’s findings and gave recommendations for improving cooperation between the school and business in order to improve professional practice for students in these directions.
The participants in the discussion said that more work should be done on the cooperation between schools and businesses, since according to the research, most of the businesses are interested in engaging intern students. The research was carried out by the service company “Human and Organizational Resource Development” (HROD), which was engaged by “Syri i Vizioni” within the Mismatch project and aims to provide the School of Economics with an overview of the situation in this sector with the interests and needs of the business, so that it can be used to improve the professional practice of its students.
