Pristina, October 11, 2017 – The KOSINT 2020 project, which is implemented by the partner organizations KEC, Syri i Vizioni, RADC and BSFK, has held a roundtable discussion about the practical implementation of Administrative Instruction No. 12/2017 on the Establishment and Operation of Learning Centers, drafted with the contribution of over 20 local organizations working with the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities in Kosovo, and approved by MEST on August 25, 2017. Learning centers offer additional support in learning and extracurricular activities for children mainly from Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities. Representatives of civil society organizations that have participated in the drafting process of the Administrative Instruction, coordinators of learning centers, as well as other stakeholders that support the process in various forms have been invited to this table.
