According to the research, the prejudice against women, the lack of professionalization in this sector and employment on a family basis in these family economies are among the main obstacles that cause the number of women to be very small in education in this sector. The participants said that the recommendations made in this research should be taken into account by the institutions to improve the situation in this sector.
