From November 11 to 16, 2019, the annual conference of the European Network of Hospitality and Tourism Schools – AEHT was held in Split, Croatia.

For the first time, three professional schools from Kosovo participated in this conference: “Ali Hadri” from Peja, “Kadri Kusari” from Gjakova and “Ymer Prizreni” from Prizreni.

The participation of schools from Kosovo in this conference was of special importance, since the directors and professors from our country had the opportunity to see the development trends of tourism and hospitality in Europe and beyond, the establishment of contacts with schools from Europe and the participation in various competitions which have been organized with students from schools participating in this conference.

The membership and participation of three schools from Kosovo in the European Network of Hospitality and Tourism Schools “AEHT” has been made possible with the support of the program “SEED phase two”, this program is implemented by Eye of the Vision and Volkshilfe Solidarität and financed by the Agency Austrian Development Agency – ADA.
