Farmer Sadete Alijaj intends to expand the greenhouse with vegetables, as there are many requests from the citizens
Pejë, August 1, – Sadetja had always cultivated her vegetables in the open spaces and taking the vegetables to the market was in competition with other women, and although the yields and income were good, they were not what she intended. However, after capacity building training in the field of entrepreneurship in agriculture, market, marketing, etc.
Sadetja always dreamed of starting the production of vegetables, in this case Peppers in the Greenhouse, but he did not have the opportunity to invest in the construction of such a greenhouse and in the purchase of the necessary agricultural machinery for the work in the greenhouse.
Her dream, for a greenhouse and accompanying agricultural tools, was realized with the benefit of the grant for agriculture, where her dream came true, and today she has built the 1st greenhouse, and planted with Sumbork peppers, where she managed to produce her vegetables in the market two months earlier, and this has made the demands of the customers to be so great that she intends to build another greenhouse next year.
“I am very satisfied, I have so many requests for the purchase of peppers, that sometimes I am not even able to fulfill the customers’ requests, and next year I intend to expand the greenhouse, if I find any support, I will double the investments in the greenhouse”, besides this enthusiasm, she cannot help but thank the Eye of Vision and its donors for their support.
“Thanks to you as an organization, the trainings and this grant, today I am creating double the income for the family from working in agriculture, and I am also applying to other organizations that increase my production in greenhouses, since now I have the agricultural mechanism and I have a lot of requests from customers’ concludes Sadetja.
