Their call for increased accountability highlights the urgent needs and voices of our youth. Here are some of the requests from their presentation:
Equal and physical access: Ensuring that all children, at all levels of education, have equal access to Prishtina’s schools.Hiring assistants: Hiring assistants for children with disabilities in all schools where needed.Free Public Transport: Providing free public transport to students aged 14-18 to encourage secondary school attendance, especially for children from the suburbs and especially for girls.More than that, Mayor Perparim Rama signed the requests and committed to implement them, thus showing a strong commitment to improving the lives and education of our young citizens.
