The secondary vocational schools of Peja on Friday exchanged their experiences in the implementation of professional practice and cooperation with business in the service of improving experiences for their students. The Eye of Vision meeting organized in cooperation with the Municipal Directorate of Education of Peja has brought together the managers of these schools and the teachers who deal with practice classes to share the good experience created with SHME “Ali Hadri” within the “Mismatch” project. , which is funded by Solidar Suisse.
The professional internship manual, a package of documents that define the cooperation relationships between the school, businesses and students in carrying out internships, the signing of contracts between the economic school and 25 hotel and tourism businesses, are considered a success that can also be obtained by schools other professional. Representatives from the “Ali Hadri” Economic School, “Shaban Spahija” Technical School, “Odise Paskali” School of Medicine, “H alit Kasapolli” School of Music and “Xheladin Deda” Resource Center have said that there are difficulties in creating stable institutional relations with the business for carrying out the practice.
The “Mismatch” project aims to adapt the education system to the labor market and helps students to adapt as best as possible to employment after finishing high school.
